Parking Information: Parking is free. See attached document or click here for a map of Sierra College and you can see the Multipurpose Center indicated in the top right of the buildings’ area. Park in Lot 5 or 6 as those are closest to the building. There will be special event signs set out by the college.

Seating Information: This show has general admission seating and folks will get seats on a first-come basis. If possible, please start by taking your seats in the center of the aisles in order to accommodate others. Please do not leave any empty seats between parties as this show will likely fill up.

ADA Accessibility: We want to make sure all of our patrons have access to MIM’s concert and have a joyful experience. The campus and concert facility are ADA accessible. There are clearly marked designated parking spaces for those with a placard. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations or will be using a wheelchair.

The Music in the Mountains Youth Orchestra (MIMYO) is the region’s only youth orchestra and offers the orchestral experience to players in grades 3-12. Under the direction of professional conductors, MIMYO offers one-on-one mentorship, performance experience, and music education. String, woodwind, brass, and percussion players will work on classical repertoire during weekly rehearsals at the Grass Valley Campus of Sierra College; all in a friendly, nurturing environment. MIMYO is a program of Music in the Mountains, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1982. MIMYO is supported by the generosity of donors and community members–people like you!
