A Spooky Soiree

October 28, 2017    7:30 pm   St Joseph’s Cultural Center

Join us for another SPOOKY SOIREE with host Terry Brown, Artistic Director Pete Nowlen, and celebrity accompanists. It’s a fun and supportive evening for your neighbors to strut their stuff and perform for friends. It’s a talent show – without the judging! – with 16-20 different performers… maybe you too?

As always, St. Joe’s will be decorated and folks will be in costume (both audience and performers – there WILL be a costume contest!). We’re kicking off this year’s Halloween celebrations! Where else can you see a zombie and a werewolf singing a Rossini duet while enjoying libations with friends?

If you yourself have been looking for that opportunity to show off your singing, playing, dancing, reading – whatever performance talent – this could be it! Email Artistic Director Pete Nowlen at Pete@nullmusicinthemountains.org if you are interested in performing. Make sure you list your name and contact info, what your talent is, the name of the piece and whether or not you will need piano accompaniment. Ticket purchase + a $5 participation fee is required for all those invited to perform. (Performances will need to be kept under 5 minutes.)

Tickets will be available soon online… call the MIM box office at (530)265-6124 for tickets today or more information.
